As discussed in my last email i have now started to work on other internet related initiatives. One of these is now ready for launch . Here is a short idea of what it is .

MyGoogly.net ->> You own personal Googly Search Page !.

Many of us use Google as a gateway for looking for something on the internet , in fact it is the first page which we would use to even look for things  But Google’s background image is always white . What if you had a chance to combine Google’s search engine powered with the ability to have your own customized background image. This is the idea behind “Googly Search” pages . A user can choose a background of his own to make a personal Googly Search page via the new service called as MyGoogly.net (www.mygoogly.net).

So Googly Search pages are “Google Search with a Twist”,below are links to some of the sample Googly Search pages made by other users.

To create a personal Googly Page just follow the simple steps.

1. Go to MyGoogly.net home page www.mygoogly.net 
2. Enter the name of personal Googly page (e.g If you enter the name as sachin , then you would get a Googly Search page as sachin.mygoogly.net)
3. Select the Image for the Googly Search page.(less than 3MB).
4. Enter a short description of the page “e.g. Sachin , the  God of Indian Cricket..)
5. Enter the tags seperated by commas . These tags  would help other users to search for googly pages created by you . (E.g Sachin , cricket , god ..).
6. Once these are entered , now press create button.  The web page would prompt you to select the area of image which you want to be displayed in the Googly Searcher page. Select this and click on proceed button. Once this is done you personal Googly page is created.
7. Make this as your home  or add to your favorites via the menu on the right hand corner.

Apart from this you also can look for search pages created by other users based on popularity and also based on keywords at http://www.mygoogly.net/top/
